In 1996, Kaikouxiao was awarded the title of “China Famous Brand Product” and the title of “Hunan Famous Brand Product”. It is a strong leader among high-end liquor products under the umbrella of Xiangjiao Liquor. Itsproduct “15-year Kaikouxiao” won the Grand Gold Medal in Spirits Selection by Concours Mondialde Bruxelles in 2015. Hunan Xiangjiao Liquor Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Xiangjiao Liquor”), formerly known as the state-owned Shaoyang Winery entered the public-private partnership in 1957 and was renamed Hunan Xiangjiao Liquor Co., Ltd. after its restructuring in 2003. The trademarks “Kaikouxiao” and “Xiangjiao” are recognized as famous trademarks of China by the Trademark Office of the State Administration for Industry & Commerce. “15-year Kaikouxiao” won the gold medal in the Spirits Selection in Brussels, Belgium in 2015 and “Hongzuan Xiangjiao” won the gold medal in the Spirits Selection in Brussels, Belgium in 2018. Also in 2018, “Shaoyang Daqu” was identified as “Hunan Time-honored Brand”.
